Booking Information:
Please contact your opponent to organise a mutually convenient time to play the match on Tuesday 14th March, times will be available for Laurel Wreath players from 7.32am to 9.45am. One player will then need to organise the booking for the match. The booking sheet for the Laurel Wreath matches on Tuesday 14th March will open Monday 6th March at 3.00pm and is set up in groups four (two matches per group). The Laurel Wreath timesheet is separate to the normal Tuesday timesheet and is named Laurel Wreath Timesheet.
The first round for the Laurel Wreath will be played on Tuesday 14th March and the Entry Sheet is open for bookings.

Players should not enter the competition if they are planning to be away, or are unlikely to be available to play for other reasons, for more than two consecutive weeks during the competition. Within the period to play each round of the match play stages of the competition, players should be available to play their match on at least three different dates and a range of times and days of the week at the times available for match play as set out in RAGC’s Match Play Booking Procedures and Times Policy.
Match Play Competitions – Terms of Competition
Event Information:
- 1st Round will be played on Tuesday 14th March 2023.
- The entry sheet will close on Tuesday 28th February and a draw will be provided online on Thursday 2nd March. Please note you will have to contact your opponent to organise a mutually convenient time for Tuesday 14th March.
- Bookings for the first round matches on Tuesday 14th March will open on Monday 6th March at 3.00pm as for a normal timesheet.
The Laurel Wreath timesheet will be set up in groups of 4 (2 matches per group) until approximately 9.45am (depending on amount of entrants) for Laurel Wreath matches only. - Those who don’t win their first round match will automatically qualify for the Gold Laurel Wreath. If you are unavailable for the first round of the Laurel Wreath you may enter the Gold Laurel Wreath. Please contact Paul directly in the office if you would like to enter the Gold Laurel Wreath.
- Matches to be played from Red Tees.

HISTORY:
A Golf SA Statewide event in one division only. It began in 1926 to encourage Matchplay and was available to registered Clubs, then extended to all Clubs and played for every year.
The first round non winners of the Laurel Wreath are automatically entered in the GOLD LAUREL WREATH, a RAGC event.
