A strong field of 110 players enjoyed a fantastic Family Day at Royal Adelaide on Sunday 6 July. With great energy and plenty of friendly competition, families of all combinations took to the course in pursuit of this yearβs trophies.

π History Made at the Hickory Final! π
A huge congratulations to our Royal Adelaide Hickory team on claiming victory in the Hickory Stick Interclub Final β marking the first time our Club has won this event!
Led by Captain Charmaine Binns, the team delivered a determined and composed performance to secure the win 3.5 - 1.5 over North Adelaide Golf Club. It was a thrilling contest right to the final hole, with all players showing incredible resilience and team spirit.
A heartfelt thank you to Team Managers Lisa Daw and Anna Waterman for their exceptional support, and to all squad members β Prim Langley, Cathy Sanders, Di Weber, Annie Clough, Deb James, Tracy Leaney, Tania Miller and Lisa-Jane Rasheed β for your dedication throughout the season.
ποΈββοΈ The Team Golf Challenge on Sunday 18 May brought together elite female athletes from the AFLWβs Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide, Adelaide Fire hockey team, and cricket to experience golf in a fun and welcoming format at Royal Adelaide.
Players tackled putting, swing clinics, a longest drive contest, and a 5-hole Ambroseβguided by our wonderful member captains Eliza Bartlett, Kat da Silva, Rachel Sweeney, Laura Birchmore and Angela Plumridge.

Congratulations to Luke Johnston and Adam Kimber on winning the Ackland-Horman Trophy.
In a close contest, Luke and Adam won on countback from Graham Fleet and Wallace Long, with Matt Binns and Ivan Simmons one shot back in third place.
